Relena was raised by the Vice-Foreign Minister Darlian's family following the collapse of the Sanc Kingdom. She is really the daughter of the Peacraft monarchy that advocated so strongly for peace, though she does not find this out for a time. Afterwards, she accepts her birthright and valianlty strives for total pacifism to obtain peace. Relena's work is difficult, but it slowly gains support. She falls for Heero after their first encounter.
