Quinze is the chosen leader of the colony's revolutionist movement, the White Fang. He is willing to make whatever sacrifices are necessary to obtain freedom for the colonies. This leads to his recruiting Zechs Marquise to lead the White Fang into battle against earth and the Gundams.
