Norman is Roger Smith's faithful butler. He is a skilled mechanic and keeps the Big O in excellent condition. Norman does not question his ability to maintain the Megadeus, but he is happy to be serving as an ally to the city's top Negotiator. Norman also makes sure that the Big O is in place when needed and that Roger's dinner is on the table when he returns.
