Roger takes a job that leads him to a hydroelectric plant outside of Paradigm City. The residents there fear a demon that lives in the water and will not allow the power to be turned on because it feeds off of it. While there is more to the creature's story that Roger must uncover, he and the Big O find their only encounter with it quite electrifying.
