The Gundam Alex is the Federation's prototype mobile suit designed for use by the Newtype pilot Amuro Ray. As such, it features exceptional abilities far beyond those normal pilots can handle. It has removable armor, gatling cannons housed within its arms, and other standard armaments. Christina Mackenzie ends of being the test pilot for the suit which is being sought out for termination by the forces of Zeon.
