The Hobbitjedi - Evolution of the Site

This icon lets you know I cheated and made this site with a program. Hey, at least I'm honest.
Several changes to this site have been made over its short history. I started out at Geocities for a few days, but I became frustrated with the program for creating a site and the space limitations. I quickly found myself at Tripod where I downloaded their Trellix software. The early version of the site I created did not really look like I wanted it too and I considered just dropping the idea of a website altogether. However, I kept working with the software and eventually got it to do what I wanted. Then came the burden of adding content. I did preserve images of those early versions for some strange reason. It provides what I think is an interesting look at my "creative" process. The site still enjoys some influence from its time on Geocities. The green text on a black background still remains. I like the look as it reminds me of the early computers I used to play on. The first version of the site on Tripod shows my limitations in using the Trellix software. It was just one of their templates colored to my taste. I dropped that layout like a bad habit. You've seen things as they are now. Who knows what's to come next?

Here is the site as it originally appeared back on Yahoo! Geocities:

The banner that once adorned the site looked like this:

Covering everything from the novels of J.R.R. Tolkien, to Star Trek,  to Star Wars, to Gundam Wing and More.
